THE PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS ARE PROCESSED BY THE RESIDENTIAL COMPANY IN THE CONTEXT OF CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND THE ALLOCATION OF APARTMENTS IN ITS TOURIST RESIDENCE.

• For the purpose mentioned above, these data may be transferred to any subcontractors, partners or service providers when they participate in the fulfilment of the purposes for which your data are collected.


• The documents used to draw up the deeds shall be kept for three years from the completion of all formalities.


• In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2616/679 of 27 April 2016, data subjects may access their data directly from the RESIDENTIAL Company or from the Data Protection Officer appointed by the RESIDENTIAL Company at the following email address: contact@apparthotel-capucine.com


• Where appropriate, the data subjects may also obtain the rectification or erasure of data concerning them, the limitation of the processing of such data or object to it for legitimate reasons, except in cases where the regulations do not allow the exercise of these rights.


• If the persons concerned consider that their rights are not respected, they have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés.
